Cancelation & Refund Policy

Cancelataion Policy: You can cancel your booking before 6 hour of the Appointment time. If you cancel the booking after the Service Engineer reach to your Place, a minimum of 200/- will be charged as a Visit Charge.

Refund Policy: All the product sold by Moni Infotech will be under warrenty, and Moni Infotech will provide the service if any issue found with the products within the warrenty period. Total Amount will be refunded if Moni Infotech is not able to provide the service.
